Mangomeee tell you what should I do after the payment is successful?

Dear mangomeee customer, to ensure your shoes get shipped, please make sure to complete the following 3 steps after successful payment!!!

Step 1: Confirm the order information

After you pay, mangomeee customer service will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm the order information usually in 24 hours.

what should you do:

1. Check your email and WhatsApp. make sure the email is not in the spam folder.

2. Check your size, delivery address, phone number and other information, and reply to the customer service confirmation message after confirming that it is correct (such as "all information is correct")

Step 2: Confirm the Quality Check picture

Usually 1-3 working days after you confirm the order information, the mangomeee customer service will send you Quality Check Pictures (QC pictures: shoes photos) via WhatsApp or Email to ensure that you are satisfied with the shoes.

what should you do:

Check the QC pictures, and if you are satisfied, please reply to customer service with a confirmation message and let customer service start the shipment (eg "I am very satisfied with the QC pictures, please start the shipment"). If you think there is something you don't like about them, you can mark it in the picture and send it to customer service. we can take more pictures for you.

Step 3: Get the tracking number

After finishing the QC picture confirmation, we will start to ship your shoes. Usually the customer service will send you the logistics tracking number and query URL within 3-5 working days. (The time depends on the speed at which the logistics company issues the order number to us)

Usually it takes 8-20 working days to arrive after you confirm the QC picture.

Please be patient and check your WhatsApp or email for the tracking number at the time mentioned above.

Usually the tracking website will update the information in the first 10 days. After arriving in the next country, the local post office will feed back the information and update it. Please wait. If more information is not updated within 10 days, please contact mangomeee customer service to solve the problem.
